■Category

  • World Championships                       Men, Seniors (50 +), Women

  • Team World Cup                                 Overall, Seniors (50 +), Women, Mixed

Each category is competed when at least 3 pairs for the category are available to play.

 

■Competition

World Championships: 36 holes (18 holes for 2 days) stroke competition, no cut

ISGA Team World Cup: 18 holes (9 holes for 2 days) foursome competition, no cut

  • Rules of Speedgolf, Local rules, and 2023 JGA regulation are applied.

  • Speedgolf score is applied to rank.

  • Tees: Overall, Senior/White, Female/Orange

 

For the Team World Cup

  • A team of a man/a junior/a senior is categorized as Overall.

  • If a senior, women's, or mixed team wins the Overall, the team is the Overall and the senior, the women's, or the mixed team champion.

  • Each country should organize each of its teams.

  • If a player from any country cannot pair with a player within their country, the player would be teamed with the other player who cannot pair with a player within their country.

  • Every male player uses men's tees and every female player uses women's tees regardless of the team.

  • Partners must alternate the order in which they play first from the teeing area of each hole(e.g. player one tees off on odd number holes, player two tees off on even number holes). After the side's first stroke from the teeing area of a hole, the partners must alternate strokes for the rest of the hole.

Individual: 80 players

Team: 36 pairs of 72 players

■Fees

<Individual>

51,500 yen

*includes 36 holes of individual competition, entry fee, lunch (2 days), welcome party, facility usage, and tax.

 

<Individual + Team>

60,000 yen

  • includes 36 holes of individual competition, 18 holes of team competition, entry fee, lunch (2 days), welcome party, facility usage, and tax.

  • Need to register the event with partner.

 

  • Tee times are decided by the tournament committee.

  • Alcohol drinks are not included in lunch and welcome party. They are charged on site if you want to have them.

  • The fees are non-refundable for any reason including the cancellation due to earthquakes, windstorms, floods, snow, incidents, accidents, etc.

  • Registration will open for any players on August 16th, 2024.

 

■Welcome party

The 2nd floor of the clubhouse on Nov. 13th.

Notes

  • No refund will be applicable for any reason including the case of cancellation due to earthquake, wind and flood damage, snow, incidents, and accidents.

  • The registration will be canceled when a false application such as age, gender, etc., or that the registration is not for himself/herself is found.

  • If a problem with the registration is found, the organizer or your country representative may contact you at your e-mail address or phone number.

  • The organizer will decide the tee times.

  • Japan Speedgolf Association, its sponsors, tournament sponsors, and the Seven Hundred Club are not responsible for any illness, loss, damage, or other accidents during the event.

  • The right to publish photos, images, articles, records, names, ages, and the name of the country, or cities where the players reside during the convention on the Internet, newspapers, magazines, and television, as well as the portrait right, shall belong to the organizer.

  • The sale of photos taken during the tournament is prohibited.

  • The player shall follow the etiquette on the golf course.

  • In case the organizer regards the player as a member of an organization that is likely to encourage him/her to commit a collective or habitual violent illegal act, the player will be refused to take part in the event.

  • There will be media coverage and photography during the tournament, and the event will be posted on social platforms and media by the organizers, the golf course, the sponsors, and the press.

  • The event will be conducted in compliance with all relevant domestic laws.

  • The event will be held following the tournament policy as well as the registration policy.

  • Cancellations may be accepted if the organizer cancels the event or changes the venue.

  • The organizer will not be responsible for delays due to public transportation, road conditions, etc.

  • The organizer is not responsible for any delays due to public transportation or traffic conditions.

  • The organizer will not reconfirm even if the player has not received a notification from the organizer due to a problem with your registered email address.

  • The organizer is not responsible for not receiving emails regarding any information about the event from the organizer due to email settings or security software settings.

  • The organizer recognizes the importance of personal information, complies with laws and related laws regarding personal information protection, and handles personal information following the organizer's personal information protection policy regarding personal information. To improve the service to the event player, the organizer will use personal information for event information, notification of records, notification of related information, provision of services from the sponsors, the golf course, the related organizations, and announcement of records (ranking, etc.). In addition, the organizer or the golf course may contact the player to confirm the registration details.

  • The player shall follow the instructions of the organizer related to the tournament.

  • The player shall take all possible care of your physical condition such as receiving a medical checkup beforehand.
