- The individual competition: Men, Seniors (50 +), Women
- The pair competition: Overall, Seniors (50 +), Women, Mixed
- Each category is competed when at least 3 players/pairs for the category are available to play.
■Competition
<The individual competition>
- 18 holes stroke competition. Rules of Speedgolf, Local rules, and 2023 JGA regulations are applied. Speedgolf score is applied to rank.
<The pair competition>
- 9 holes foursome competition (Rule 22). Rules of Speedgolf, Local rules, and 2023 JGA regulations are applied. Speedgolf score is applied to rank.
- A team of a man/a junior/a senior is categorized as Overall.
- If a senior, women's, or mixed team wins the Overall, the team is the Overall and the senior, the women's, or the mixed team champion.
- Partners must alternate the order in which they play first from the teeing area of each hole(e.g. player one tees off on odd number holes, player two tees off on even number holes). After the side's first stroke from the teeing area of a hole, the partners must alternate strokes for the rest of the hole.
- Pairs that don't belong to any categories will be played in the Oveall category.

■Participation fee

18,000 yen (tax included)
- Includes 18-hole individual play fee, tournament entry fee, facility usage fee, miscellaneous expenses, and tax.
<The individual and the pair competitions>
25,000 yen (tax included)
- Includes 18-hole individual play, 9-hole pair play, facility usage fee, miscellaneous expenses, and tax.
- Participation in pair competition only is not accepted.
- Please confirm your partner before applying.
- Tee times are decided by the tournament committee.
- We do not accept any payment methods other than credit cards.
- The fees are non-refundable for any reason including the cancellation due to earthquakes, windstorms, floods, snow, incidents, accidents, etc.

Monday, September 29th, 2025 - Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025
■ Facility use
Lockers and showers will be available on the day of the event.
■ Prize
Tournament commemorative T-shirt, Volvic golf ball (1 sleeve), Imida's Power, etc.
■Dress code
None.
Notes
- No refund will be applicable for any reason including the case of cancellation due to earthquake, wind and flood damage, snow, incidents, and accidents.
- The registration will be canceled when a false application such as age, gender, etc., or that the registration is not for himself/herself is found.
- Duplicate applications by the same person are not allowed.
- Please confirm your information carefully before applying, as changes or cancellations cannot be made once registered.
- If there is any issue with your registration details, the organization will contact you at the email address or phone number you provided.
- The organizer will decide the tee times.
- Japan Speedgolf Association, its sponsors, tournament sponsors, and the Seven Hundred Club are not responsible for any illness, loss, damage, or other accidents during the event.
- The rights to publish and use photos, videos, articles, records, and personal information of applicants such as name, age, and address (country, prefecture, or city/municipality) on the Internet, newspapers, magazines, television, and other media belong to the organizer.
- The sale of photos taken during the tournament is strictly prohibited.
- Photos taken by the organizer during the tournament may be sold on a consignment basis.
- Participants’ portraits (such as facial photographs), names, ages, handicaps, competition histories, and self-introductions are the property of the organizer and may be used for commercial purposes such as publication in printed materials and disclosure to the public through information media.
- If it is judged that a participant has engaged in conduct that undermines the dignity of the tournament, their participation may be immediately revoked, even during play.
- Participants are responsible for confirming and complying with the rules established by each golf course operator. Please note that if these rules are violated, participants may be denied entry or prohibited from continuing play by the respective golf course operator.
- In case the organizer regards the player as a member of an organization that is likely to encourage him/her to commit a collective or habitual violent illegal act, the player will be refused to take part in the event.
- There will be media coverage and photography during the tournament, and the event will be posted on social platforms and media by the organizers, the golf course, the sponsors, and the press.
- The event will be conducted in compliance with all relevant domestic laws.
- The event will be held following the tournament policy as well as the registration policy.
- Cancellations may be accepted if the organizer cancels the event or changes the venue.
- The organizer will not be responsible for delays due to public transportation, road conditions, etc.
- Depending on your device, operating system, or browser software, you may not be able to complete the application.
- The organizer bears no responsibility for delays in application caused by internet connection issues or other related problems.
- Your start time will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of entry by Friday, December 5th, 2025.
- Do not change your email address until you receive your start time. If you change your email address, you will not be able to confirm your start time.
- The organizer will not reconfirm even if the player has not received a notification from the organizer due to a problem with your registered email address.
- The organizer is not responsible for not receiving emails regarding any information about the event from the organizer due to email settings or security software settings.
- Only the registered applicant may play in the tournament; substitute play or transfer of entry rights is not permitted.
- Japan Speedgolf Association recognizes the importance of personal information, complies with the act on the protection of personal information and related laws and regulations, and handles personal information in accordance with the organizer's personal information protection policy. For the purpose of improving services for event participants, the organizer will use personal information for participation information, notification of records and related information, provision of services from event sponsors and related organizations, and announcement of records (rankings, etc.). In addition, the organizer or its subcontractors may contact you to confirm the details of your application. The host golf course and its golf course management company may also use the information in the same manner.
- The player shall follow the instructions of the organizer related to the tournament.
- The player shall take all possible care of your physical condition such as receiving a medical checkup beforehand.
